We guarantee that all items purchased from us are free from manufacturing defects. If you believe you’ve discovered a manufacturing defect and we confirm it is in fact a manufacturing defect, we will, at your election i) fully refund you once the item returns to our offices and has been deemed eligible for refund; or ii) repair it free of charge - but that’s not all. We offer free rhodium plating and other services to help maintain your jewelery’s appearance. Ready to Ship items can usually be shipped within four (4) business days (excluding certain holidays) of your approved order. Once crafted we will ship the piece via one of our major expedited shipping providers. Please note that severe weather conditions may impact these timeframes.
