We wasn't satisfied with the first stone choice, therefore opted for another stone. service was amazing with sending us post to return for free and making a new amendment ring, communicated with us throughout the process and gave us the reassurance we need. Everything is beautiful and great but my only complaint is that I ordered a diamond pendant worth nearly $5,000 and it came loosely in a ring box instead of a necklace box. By the time I received it, the chain was completely mangled and tangled. Would think the company would have invested in making pendant boxes to hold the necklace in place as the rest of their packaging is very well done.
