You can return any item 30 days after receiving it for a full refund. A courier will be scheduled by us to pick up the item. Once we receive and inspect the item a full refund will be issued. Return shipping is covered by us.

Appart from the free appraisal which we provide you, each piece with a center stone is shipped out with a gemological certificate. Our natural diamonds are certified by the Gemological Institute Of America (GIA). Our lab diamonds are certified by the International Gemological Institute (IGI) or by the Certified Gemological Laboratory (CGL) - depending on availability. Our moissanite stones are cut in house and provided with a Keyzar Certificate of Authenticity.
